Welcome to the historical city of Vietnam, Hanoi. Upon arrival, pick up then depart to Hanoi city tour full day. Arrive at Tran Quoc Pagoda located on Golden Fish IsLand in West Lake It is the oldest pagoda in Ha Noi built in the 6th century. Visit Ho Chi Minh complex, you have a chance to see the embalmed body of Ho Chi Minh then walk around the garden to see 2 houses where he lived & worked from 1954 to 1969. Then visit One Pillar Pagoda where worships the Godess of Mercy – It is the most unique padoga in the world Should dress modestly by covering from shoulders to knees when visiting Ho Chi Minh mausoleum, temples, pagodas…
- Ho Chi Minh’s Mausoleum is closed on Mondays and Fridays.
- Ho Chi Minh’s Mausoleum is closed at least 2 months (15thJune -15thAugust) for the annual maintaining but still can take picture Mausoleum and visit around that area Have lunch at our restaurant. 05.50: Pick you up at the hotel in Ha Noi old quarter depart to Sapa by Open bus High-way without guide, following Noi Bai - Lao Cai high-way. On the half way stop for short break in Yen Bai province 20 minutes.
13:00 - 13:30: Arrive in Sapa Town, pick you up transfer to check - in hotel and have lunch.
14:00 - 14:30: Start trekking to Cat Cat village which is occupied by the Black H’mong tribe. Here, you can see the hydroelectric power station which was built by the French in twentieth century. You will experience the tribal way of life of ethnic minorities while enjoying wonderful views of the terraced rice paddy fields and the waterfall in Cat Cat village.
19:00 - 21:00: After dinner, you are free to explore the charm of Sapa by night, enjoy roasted corn, baked eggs beside charcoal fire or go shopping. Overnight at hotel in Sapa.
08:00 - 08:30: After breakfast, tranfer to Fansipan cable car station. Lying on an altitude of 3,143m above sea level, the peak of Fansipan is dubbed the “Roof of Indochina”. Sun, clouds, wind and mountain seem to consist of a harmonious and colorful chorus. Gazing down the fairy scenery at sunrise as well as sunset would always be an unbeatable experience for those who love nature.
11:00 - 11:30: Back to Sapa Town, checkout hotel and have lunch.
13:00 - 15:00: It‘s time to say “Good bye Sapa!” and drive back to Hanoi by Open bus High-way without guide. Along the way, once again you have a chance to enjoy the magical beauty of northwest mountains
19:30 - 21:30: Arrive at the bus stop in Ha Noi old quarter. Ends the program, you self-sufficiently move to the hotel or ask the tour guide to help you call taxi, the cost of the taxi you pay yourself.
Overnight in Hanoi
Breakfast at hotel then drive to Halong Bay (approx. 3hour drive) by shuttle bus of cruise
Around 12:30: Arrive in Tuan Chau Tourist Wharf. Transfer to Halong Boat by tender. Welcome drink on the boat and check in to your private cabin. Serve have lunch on board while cruising to some magnificent Halong bay scenes. Titop island where you take your time on swim, sunbath, trekking.... Arrive in Pearl Farm Village. Visit around and swim, kayaking (optional, pay on guest account) in the bay. Back to the cruise and join cooking class to have experience in some traditional dishes. Tea time on sundeck.
Time for dinner and evening entertainments: bar, spa, squid fishing and overnight on the cruise.
*Remarks:
+ In the occasion of bad weather conditions, e.g. high winds, monsoons, thunderstorms, cyclones, storms, etc., the management board has the authority to cancel all cruises to guarantee the safety of tourists. Should this happen, accommodation will be at Ha Long City Hotel instead.
+ The above itineraries are subject to change without notice based on weather conditions, following the seasons and change with other company cruise.
06:00: Practice Tai Chi lesson on the Sundeck.
Start your day with a light breakfast. During breakfast, cruising to explore other part of Halong Bay, admire the beauty of one in seven new wonder in the world. Arrive in Surprise cave, explore the Cave, one of the most beautiful caves in Ha Long bay. Check out and take all luggage outside of your cabin, cruise back to the Tourist Wharf through Ha Long bay. Have brunch and clear bills.
11.00am Disembark then return to Hanoi by shuttle bus of cruise
Drop off at hotel.

Transfer Note
Our price is based on the group arriving simultaneously (one flight). In the event that clients arrive at different times and require different airport transfers, additional costs will be charged. We apply the same policy for the departure date.

International flight details of arrival and departure are necessary for airport transfer arrangements.
Children Policy (for ground service)
- Child from 1-4 years: free of charge (sharing bed with parents or using a cot)
- Child from 5-6 years: 50% of the adult price if sharing existing bed(s) with parents
- Child from 7-11 years: 75% of the adult price if using an extra bed/mattress in parents' room
- Child from 12 years old: adult price applies
- If the child is under 12 years old but sharing a double room with an adult, they will be charged as an adult.
Passport and Tourist Visa
- Make sure you have a valid passport with at least 06 months validity and 03 blank pages
from the date of entry for all countries in your travel itinerary.
- Some countries require blank pages for entry stamps, so ensure that customers' passports have
an empty page per country.
- Make sure you have a visa or E-visa or an "approval letter for visa on arrival" for the country you are visiting
(Vietnam/Laos/Cambodia/Myanmar/Thailand) and verify all visa information matches
exactly with your passport before embarking on your trip.
- The average time to obtain a visa for a country is about 7-10 business days. If you wish
to take advantage of the "visa service" offered by DMC Connect and avoid administrative procedures, this
service is chargeable and the deadline is about 10-15 business days before the departure
date.
Tipping Policy
The tips below are quoted in US dollars. However, tips can be paid in local currency or other popular currency.
- Local guide: USD 03-05/guest/day
- Local driver: USD 02-03/guest/day
- Hotel helper: USD 01/room/time (entrance or exit)
- Boat driver/ferryman: USD 01/person
- Motorcycle driver: USD 02/person
Cancellation Policy
Booking Cancellations
If you need to cancel your booking with Dong Thi Co. LTD, please notify us in writing (by mail or email). The following charges will apply:
- For cancellations received 61+ days before departure: loss of deposit.
- For cancellations received 60-31 days before departure: 50% of the total tour cost will be lost.
- For cancellations received less than 30 days before departure: the total tour cost will be lost.
Cancellation fees will not be waived due to the following:
- Injuries or illnesses.
- Unexpected home accidents.
- Delayed, rescheduled, or missed flights.
- Weather, social, or political issues.
Cancellations by Dong Thi Co. LTD
Dong Thi Co. LTD may cancel a trip at any time before departure if, due to terrorism, natural disasters, political instability, or other external events, it becomes difficult or unsafe to conduct the tour. If we cancel your trip, you can transfer the amounts paid to an alternative start date. In circumstances where cancellation is due to events beyond our reasonable control, smaller amounts will be refunded compared to any unrecoverable expenses such as flights already booked by Dong Thi Co. LTD. We are not responsible for any additional expenses you may have incurred as a result of your booking, including but not limited to visas, vaccinations, travel insurance excesses, or non-refundable flights.
There may be times when we do not reach the minimum number of passengers to conduct the tour. In such a case, Dong Thi Co. LTD will notify customers as soon as possible before departure. We will give each passenger the option to transfer their booking to another available start date. If you cannot participate in another tour, you will be fully refunded. In such a case, you will not be entitled to make any claims for losses resulting from cancellation or curtailment in these circumstances. This includes, but is not limited to, non-refundable flights and future flight issues.
