Payment methods we accept & procedure

At Dong Thi Travel, we aim to provide our customers with a variety of convenient payment options to ensure a smooth and hassle-free booking experience. Please review our payment policies below to understand the available methods and conditions for payment.

1. Payment at the Office

Procedure:

  1. Contact our sales staff to confirm the total amount payable.
  2. Visit our office and meet with our sales staff to complete the payment process.
  3. Collect your travel documents and receipts upon successful payment.

2. Bank Transfer

Customers can also choose to make payments via bank transfer. Please ensure to transfer the payment to our official company account.

Procedure:

  1. Contact our sales staff to confirm the total amount payable.

  2. Transfer the amount to our bank account using the details below:

  3. Send the transfer receipt to our sales staff via email.

  4. Once the transfer is confirmed, our sales staff will process your payment and email your travel documents.

3. Online Payment

For the utmost convenience, we offer secure online payment options through our website.

Procedure:

  1. Browse our website and select the desired tour package.
  2. Click on the "Book Now" or "Buy" button to proceed.
  3. Fill in the necessary passenger information.
  4. Choose the online payment method and you will be redirected to our payment gateway (Onepay).
  5. Enter your payment details and complete the transaction.
  6. Upon successful payment, you will be redirected to the confirmation page of Dong Thi Travel.

Note:

  • In case of cancellations or refunds for online bookings, the refund will be processed through the Onepay payment gateway. No cash refunds will be provided.

4. Payment Confirmation

After completing any of the above payment methods, you will receive a confirmation email with your booking details and payment receipt. Please keep this email for your records and present it if needed during your travel.
